Keep golfing, biking and riding.
Focused shockwave therapy, guided rehab and bracing for active adults. We treat horse riders, equestrians and rodeo competitors, too.
Our approach
Shockwave, rehab and bracing are planned by the same team as the rest of your care at our pain control clinic.
Rehab is delivered by our medical assistants.
The basics
Treatments
Both are planned after an exam of how you move and what you want to get back to doing.
Tendons and soft tissue
A handheld applicator sends acoustic pulses into the tissue from outside the body, with no incisions, needles or anesthesia. Your provider adjusts the intensity during the session.
Coached recovery
Sports injury and guided musculoskeletal rehabilitation. A functional evaluation sets a baseline, then you work through coached exercises in the clinic and exercises to do at home.
Also offered
We fit knee braces and back braces in the clinic.
