Came in for back pain I have been having for the last 10 years, friends have recommended Advance Pain Solutions. Came in for a consultation and the steps Jaimee spoke to me about the procedures of decompression, back injections of stem cells and PRP which helped relieve the pain and improved movement. Was looking at medical clinics in Bend that offered PRP and regenerative medicine treatments for the spine but luckily came across this clinic in Redmond. My symptoms associated with degenerative disk disorder have improved tremendously since beginning treatment here - a combination of Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, PRP injections and trigger point injections. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and I always come away feeling better than I went in. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Advanced Pain Solutions.

Advanced pain solutions has been there for us from day (1).

* We had nerve problems a year back with spine massive out of alignment and with injections into spine area the pro's there set us into play with a winning solution, real results!!

* We had lower back problems not so long ago and again the pro's put forth a winning plan to re-stretch the back and with injections also into the spine, end result is a win, real results!!!

* We are now seeking a solution to a forearm with tennis elbow from (HELL!!) That has been a problem for many years, we never tried to fix because everything else WAS first in line and now it's currently the only thing causing issues...

I went to Advanced Pain Solutions over two years ago with a pinched nerve in my back. It stopped me from participating in everyday activities, including my favorite one...GOLF!!! I saw Dr. Kent first who put into play a series of treatments to get me back on track. Within the first visit, I was better. I have continued to visit Advanced Pain Solutions once a month to stay healthy and free of pain. Dr. J usually performs my adjustments and he is very patient and really listens to what might be going on with my back, knees, etc. I highly recommend Advanced Pain Solutions for your pain management care and treatment! Dr. Kent Rookstool and his staff are everything I needed to get my back and neck issues back on track. They are incredibly courteous, attentive, prompt in getting me on their calendar, through, and truly target the areas of need on my back, neck, and even left elbow that have been hampering me for years of sporting and office work injuries. They helped establish a holistic plan of care that will promote years of higher-caliber of life, which is beyond what you’ll see in most chiropractic offices that focus solely on adjustments but don’t address the root cause like they do here. And the cost is more than reasonable. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Kent and his office enough!

Advanced Pain Solutions has been a lifesaver for me.

I struggled with intense back and knee pain for years. I first came to APS over a year ago, and I keep coming back because it works. I'm currently going through my second treatment plan and feel better than I have in over 10 years.

Part of both of my plans has included Trigger Point Injections and PRP. I have a pretty big fear of needles, but since FNP Summerlyn started, I’ve had so much less anxiety on stick-and-poke days. She is incredibly reassuring and kind.

Dr. J and Dr. K have both been wonderful, always treating even the mildest concerns with professionalism and compassion. It’s truly amazing how sometimes just one visit can fix something that’s been bothering me for days or even weeks.

Piper and Wyatt are also very helpful and friendly. They definitely help keep my spirits up in what could otherwise be a stressful environment.

They found that my back pain was from a broken back and bone on bone in my hip. I could barely walk. Over the course of a few months, I had PRP and stem cells. Now I can walk so much better. I highly recommend their office with their professional and knowledgeable team.

Great team of professionals from the front desk to the team thats works with you on each step of way from compression machines to physical exercises to adjustment table. I have experienced back and neck pain my entire life, going to chiropractors since before I can remember, followed my awesome chiropractor Dr. Lewis to advanced pain solutions and have gotten such awesome care and answers to my pain, along with a solution! There team is so attentive and more than happy to answer any odd questions I may have about my treatment and help encourage me when I get my injections, Wyatt, Maddie and Pyper are so awesome helping me through my stretches no matter how many times I’ve done them and forget them, all three of them make the experience much more fun and easy and enjoyable, I cannot recommend them enough and appreciate all the awesome work they do!

I have been going here for about 4 months now. I started going while I was in my 2nd trimester due to hip, back and neck issues.

The staff is super friendly and amazing at working with you on a personal level. The doctors are kind and understanding. While I'm still in pain part of this is due to me being pregnant and my body adjusting to my growing baby. I will say my pain has decreased a lot, since I started going. They not only help you during the appointments but they send you home with helpful workouts/stretches and tools to help with those stretches at home. I hope to continue my care after my baby is due!

APS is by far the best chiropractor I’ve been to. I’ve grown hesitant of chiropractic care in the last few years, but they incorporate all sorts of “traditional” physical therapy in addition to the chiropractic stuff and are very transparent and willing to explain / discuss everything they are doing and recommending. I couldn’t sleep due to back pain when I came in and now I’m making my way back to skiing and trail running while my pain continues to subside.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and easy to work with. It is time consuming but totally worth it. Im only a couple weeks in, but the adjustments, PT, injections, and decompression have given me more mobility and less pain.

Best experience I have ever had with physical therapy. The staff is awesome, professional, friendly. Just Amazing. I have gone to physical therapist off and on for years with no improvement. Less than a month later I have regained my balance. Have less pain and feeling great. This clinic does it all pT, Chiropractor and even have a NP on-site. I happily encourage anyone with a bad back, hips, knees, etc to come here. You won’t regret it.

I am so grateful for the staff at Advanced Pain Solutions. They have been simply amazing in this journey towards healing . When I began treatment last fall I was in pain from a car accident and could hardly move . The team at Advanced offer a wide array of therapy from traction therapy ,to stem cell ! I've been amazed at the effectiveness of the treatments I've received at Advanced Pain Solutions. In addition, the entire staff has been wonderfully warm and friendly. They also seem to have a very efficient system for moving patients through the system. You don't have to sit and wait for long periods of time. I'm pleased with my experience at APS.

Two years have passed since the beginning of my journey at APS. When I began, because of the neuropathy in my feet, I could not feel my feet, I couldn't wiggle my toes, I could not do the things we as humans take for granted. I am so thankful and blessed for my future self! I have dealt with constant back pain now for 20+ years, I accepted that this was my life. Then recently I have been experiencing neck, shoulder and sciatica pain! I was unable to rest, ride in a car or even relax and watch tv on my couch without severe discomfort. One year ago my PCP told me nothing could be done about the loss of feeling in my feet due to neuropathy and that I could just stop taking Gabapentin because I couldn’t stand the “loopiness” I felt during the day because of it (and just deal with the nerve pain?) After 5 months of treatment at Advanced Pain Solutions, including at home therapy, my neuropathy is improving immensely and I have stopped taking Gabapentin altogether without being in pain My lower back feels amazing and I couldn’t be happier. The staff here is knowledgeable, always willing to help and couldn’t be nicer. I would 100% recommend Advanced Pain Solutions!!

Before coming here I was struggling to get through a full day at work. Back and neck were really stiff and sore. After finishing the course recommended by the doctors I am back to my old self. Dr. Kent, Dr. Kevin, Summerlyn, and their entire team of care providers are absolutely phenomenal - they have shifted my perspective on healthcare completely. In Spring 2025, I had a migraine cluster that lasted 9 days with no end in sight - I tried everything in order to get back to work without suffering from auras multiple times daily, but literally nothing helped. APS took x-rays and set me up with a personalized care plan for ten weeks. My migraines were gone within days and I have a better understanding of what triggers them. Now, I get an adjustment every week to support weightlifting training recovery and to reduce the likelihood of migraines. Dr. J is a chiropractic wizard. I recently found out I have a hiatal hernia, didn’t even know it but told him what kind of pain I was having, one adjustment and I walked out with zero pain. Today I graduated from a 10 week treatment plan. I invested in this plan. I committed to it. 3 days a week for most of the summer. Everyone at this clinic was friendly, positive and supportive. I got something from coming here that I never received anywhere else. I was seen and heard; not just treated. My healing mattered to everyone. They encouraged me, guided me and celabrated with me. The atmosphere in this place is part of the treatment and part of the healing. If you are questioning if investing in a treatment plan is going to be worth it, I'm going to testify that it really is! I went through APS therapy plan and have had great results. My flexibility and strength have improved greatly. I appreciate all the educational support they give free during therapy.
