How we treat

Four ways we treat, regenerative first.

Medical clinic in Redmond, OR

Regenerative medicine is a series of treatments designed to work in tandem with your body's natural healing abilities.

Regenerative care leads at our medical clinic, where injections are prepared and given in-house by our nurse practitioner.

Trigger point injections, placed into tight, tender knots in a muscle, are given here too.

  • PRP injections
  • Trigger point injections

Additional regenerative therapies for sexual health are coming soon.

Regenerative therapies are not a cure and results vary. Some biologic products discussed here are not FDA approved for this use. Your provider will review options, risks and costs with you.

When your spine feels stiff, irritated, or unstable, it can affect far more than your comfort.

Our chiropractic care is planned around how your spine is moving and how posture is influencing load and tension. Spinal decompression is gentle tension, then release.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Still unsure? Call (541) 923-6024, Monday to Thursday.

What is a red flag in chiropractic?

A red flag is a warning sign that needs medical care before chiropractic care. Examples include back pain after a severe fall, loss of control over urine or stool, and weakness or numbness in the legs or pelvis. Unexplained fever with back pain and a history of cancer are red flags too.

Your first exam asks about these signs. If one is present, medical care comes first.

What type of doctor should I see for back pain?

You can start with a chiropractor or a primary care provider. At Advanced Pain Solutions you see licensed providers: two Doctors of Chiropractic and a family nurse practitioner, and no referral is needed. Signs such as loss of bladder control or new leg weakness need medical care right away.

How much does a chiropractor cost in Oregon?

Costs depend on the type of visit, whether X-rays are needed and how many visits your plan includes. We do not post prices online. New patients can start with a free consultation, and Cherry financing lets you pay over time.

How does spinal decompression work?

A computerized table applies a precise, gradual stretch to the spine. Instead of one continuous pull, the table cycles between gentle tension and relaxation, and it can target one spinal level. It is usually paired with chiropractic care and rehabilitation.

Is PRP therapy safe?

The risks of PRP are generally considered minimal. The most common is more pain where the injection was given, which can last a week or two. Your provider reviews your health history before any injection.

Does focused shockwave therapy hurt?

It is usually felt as firm tapping or pulsing where the applicator touches. Irritated tissue can feel more sensitive, and your provider can turn the intensity down as you go.
