Chiropractor in Redmond, OR

Care planned around how your spine moves.

Care often starts with X-rays your provider goes over with you. Adjustments, Chiropractic BioPhysics and spinal decompression are then planned around what we find.

Our approach

Where our clinic began.

Advanced Pain Solutions began as a chiropractic practice. Chiropractic care is still at the center of our pain control clinic in Redmond.

In the United States, a chiropractor must earn a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and hold a state license. Both of our chiropractors are licensed by the Oregon Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

Treatments

Three ways we treat the spine.

Your plan may use one of these treatments or several of them together.

  1. Spine and joints

    Chiropractic Adjustments

Hands-on adjustments planned around how your spine and joints are moving. They are part of care for back pain, neck pain, sciatica and herniated discs.

  2. Measured posture

    Chiropractic BioPhysics

Digital X-rays of your spine give a baseline, a target and a way to track change. A plan may include mirror-image adjustments, traction and posture exercises.

  3. Gentle tension, then release

    Spinal Decompression

A computerized table applies a precise, gradual stretch to the spine. It cycles between gentle tension and relaxation and can focus on one spinal level.

Also offered

Prenatal chiropractic care

We offer chiropractic care during pregnancy. Let us know you are pregnant when you book, so your first visit is planned with that in mind.

Chiropractic care for kids

Care for kids uses very gentle methods that differ from adult techniques. It does not replace pediatric medical care, and we can coordinate with your child's pediatrician.

Questions

Questions about chiropractic care.

Still unsure? Call (541) 923-6024, Monday to Thursday.

What happens during an adjustment?

An adjustment is usually a quick, gentle thrust delivered by hand to improve how a joint moves. It is most often done on the spine, and other joints can be treated the same way. Hands-on care can also include stretching and sustained pressure.

What is the difference between an adjustment and Chiropractic BioPhysics?

An adjustment is planned around how a joint is moving now. Chiropractic BioPhysics adds measurements: your provider sets a target for your posture and tracks your progress toward it over the course of your plan.

Why do you take X-rays?

X-rays let your provider see your spinal angles and posture before care is planned. They are reviewed with you, so you see what your provider sees and why a method is recommended.

Who is spinal decompression for?

A plan for a herniated disc or sciatica often includes spinal decompression, usually paired with chiropractic care and rehabilitation. Your exam shows whether it fits you.

Do you treat headaches and whiplash?

Yes. Chiropractic adjustments and Chiropractic BioPhysics can be part of care for headaches and migraines and for whiplash. Your exam shows whether your neck and spine are part of the cause.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor here?

No referral is needed. New patients can start with a free consultation, and you can request an appointment online or by phone. Appointments are usually available the same week.

Will my care include exercises?

Often. Guided rehab, given by our medical assistants, adds coached exercises in the clinic and exercises to do at home. Your plan sets how much of it you need.

How do I pay for chiropractic care?

Prices are not posted online. Costs are reviewed with you at your consultation, and Cherry financing lets you pay over time, with no hard credit check to apply.
